Objective
Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were reviewed to investigate the efficacy and safety of sacral acupuncture for LUTS based on the empirical use of Baliao points.
Conclusions
Sacral acupuncture improved LUTS compared with the sham acupuncture group or other remedy groups, but a quantitative evaluation of the treatment effect could not be performed.
