This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on research.pingminghealth.com. It sits with our Research Hub Privacy Notice. Clinic patient records are covered by the Ping Ming Health Privacy Policy.
Your choice
The first time you visit, we ask before any optional cookie is set. Accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose by category. Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting them and does not block the Hub.
You can change or withdraw that choice at any time with . We store the choice, the time, and the policy version in a necessary first-party cookie named rh_consent for 12 months. If we change cookie categories, we will ask again.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a refusal of optional cookies and of any sale or sharing of personal information.

Strictly necessary
These are needed to provide the service you asked for: remembering this cookie choice, and the clinic staff session cookie if you are signed in to moderate. They do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.
Analytics
If you allow Analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-M0HT7P8YPE) so we can see aggregated page use. Google may process your IP address and device data in the United States. We do not use advertising cookies, Google Ads, or remarketing. Until you allow this category we do not load the Google tag, and Consent Mode stays denied.
Functional
If you allow Functional cookies, the About page may load Google Charts to draw the weekly activity graph. That script is optional; the rest of the Hub works without it.
We do not use marketing, advertising, or social-media pixels on the Research Hub.
Other technologies
Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts, so a visit does not call fonts.googleapis.com. Hosting and security logs on Vercel may record IP address and user agent as part of operating the site. Those are not cookies.
Do not sell or share
Ping Ming Health does not sell Research Hub visitor information. The only optional sharing is Google Analytics or Google Charts after you opt in. Reject optional cookies, use Cookie settings, or send GPC to opt out of that sharing. See Do not sell or share my personal information.
Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking all cookies may sign staff out of moderation. You can send GPC in browsers that support it, including Brave, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo.
