Objective

To screen potential bioactive components in Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) with preventive effect against diabetic nephropathy (DN).

Conclusions

All these results indicate that target cell extraction coupled with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis can be successfully applied for predicting the bioactive components in Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) with preventive effect against diabetic nephropathy (DN).
