Objective
To provide the methods for evaluating the efficacy of Neiguan (PC6)-based acupuncture pretreatment in animal models of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI).
Conclusions
Therefore, Neiguan (PC6)-based acupuncture pretreatment undoubtedly provides new inspiration for the clinical prevention and treatment of MIRI.
