Objective
To assess the potential inhibitory effect of the aqueous extract of Paeoniae Radix Rubra (PRR) (i.e.,PRR dispensing granule, PRRDG) on deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and explore the underlying mechanism.
Conclusions
Paeoniae Radix Rubra dispensing granule (PRRDG) prevents deep vein thrombosis (DVT) by ameliorating inflammation through inhibiting GSK3β activity.
