Objective
To investigate the contamination status of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), identify potentially hazardous substances for management, monitor safety standards, and explore protective substances against EDC toxicity.
Conclusions
Korean Red Ginseng (KRG) exhibits protective effects against various toxicities caused by EDCs, providing a potential avenue for mitigating the adverse effects on human health.
