Objective
To investigate the role of acupuncture in promoting neural repair following traumatic brain injury (TBI) through the activation of the BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway.
Conclusions
The study demonstrates that acupuncture promotes recovery of neurological impairments after TBI by persistently activating the BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway.
