Objective
To report a case of duodenal obstruction caused by a large retroperitoneal hematoma following acupuncture therapy.
Conclusions
Conservative management can be considered for duodenal obstruction caused by retroperitoneal hematoma, particularly when the patient's vital signs are stable, allowing for spontaneous resolution and improvement of symptoms without complications.
