Objective
To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining electroacupuncture with auricular point pressing in improving the quality of life of individuals with heroin use disorder undergoing methadone maintenance treatment.
Conclusions
Combined high-frequency electroacupuncture and auricular point pressing improved quality of life, particularly mental well-being, and gradually reduced methadone dosage more effectively than auricular point pressing alone.
