Objective
This systematic review aims to critically evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture (AT) or electroacupuncture (EA) for managing cancer-related fatigue.
Conclusions
This review concluded that the effectiveness of acupuncture/electroacupuncture could not be validated based on the low-quality methodology of the studies. However, acupuncture appeared to be a more effective treatment when compared with usual care instead of Sham treatment.
