Objective

To explore the mechanism of You-Gui-Wan (YGW) in improving endometrial receptivity in mouse model of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH).

Conclusions

You-Gui-Wan (YGW) can restore the side effect of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) on number of endometrial blood vessels and the expressions of angiogenic factors, thus improve endometrial receptivity in COH mice.
