Objective
To produce Chinese herbal extracts (CHEs) and a decoction of Si-Wu-Tang (SWT) aiming to explore the bioequivalence of the two formulations through pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) studies on healthy volunteers and provide reference for future clinical use.
Conclusions
In conclusion, Si-Wu-Tang could improve ovarian follicular maldevelopment.
