Research Articles
Published research studies are articles that present the findings of original research that has undergone a peer-review process and has been made publicly available in scholarly journals, books or other media.
How to submit an article:
- Registered users can submit any published journal article that has a unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier) name or link to Research Hub.
- For example, you can paste the full DOI link:

Young Coconut Juice Supplementation Results in Greater Bone Mass and Bone Formation Indices in Ovariectomized Rats: A Preliminary Study
2015 Oct 06 Phytotherapy Research Morii Y, Matsushita H, Minami A, Kanazawa H, Suzuki T, Subhadhirasakul S, et al.
Ovariectomized rats supplemented with 5×-concentrated YCJ at a dose of 10 mL/kg body weight per day showed significantly higher bone mineral density in the left femur and increased bone formation rate compared to ovariectomized rats without YCJ supplementation. These findings suggest that YCJ supplementation has a positive effect on bone metabolism and may serve as a potential intervention to mitigate postmenopausal bone loss.
Experimental Study Animal Study Coconut Water Bone Mass Treatment of Radix Dipsaci extract prevents long bone loss induced by modeled microgravity in hindlimb unloading rats
2014 Sep 22 Pharmaceutical Biology Niu Y, Li C, Pan Y, Li Y, Kong X, Wang S, et al.
Radix Dipsaci extract (RDE) was demonstrated to prevent the loss of bone mass induced by hindlimb unloading with vehicle (HLU) treatment, which suggests the potential application of RDE in the treatment of microgravity-induced bone loss.

Research Insights
Insights are moderated by the Research Hub team and offer an at-a-glance overview of interesting research findings.
Review Articles
Review articles summarise and critically evaluate the current state of research on a specific topic or field by synthesising multiple primary research studies.
Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are research studies that involve people and are conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new treatments or interventions, such as drugs, medical devices, or behavioural therapies.
Study Protocols
Published study protocols are detailed plans that outline the objectives, methodology, statistical analyses, and organisation of a research study that have been made publicly available for others to review and use as a reference.
