Evidence-based and adverse-effects analyses of cupping therapy in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation: A systematic and evidence-based review
2022 Aug 19 Journal of Back and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Mohamed AA, Zhang X, Jan YK
Cupping therapy has low to moderate evidence in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation and might be used as a useful intervention because it decreases the pain level and improves blood flow to the affected area with low adverse effects.
Systematic Review Cupping Sports InjuriesEffects of Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping, and Massage on Sports Injuries: A Narrative Review
2022 May 27 Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine Zhang H, Zhao M, Wu Z, Wang X, Jiang Y, Liang J, et al.
It has been proven that these therapies are convenient and economical medical means to treat sports injuries with a short course and immediate curative effect. Current evidence provides a scientific rationale to include moxibustion, cupping, acupuncture, and massage as nonpharmacological treatment tools as part of a multimodal treatment strategy for sports injuries, which may help reduce the use of medications

2020 International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health Use of Acupuncture for the Treatment of Sports-Related Injuries in Athletes: A Systematic Review of Case Reports Lee JW, Lee JH, Kim SY
Systematic Review
In addition, acupuncture has been suggested as a treatment worth trying for diseases such as yips and delayed onset muscle soreness. The included cases showed some potential of acupuncture in the treatment of various types of sports injuries, beyond pain control in musculoskeletal disorders. However, considering that this review was based on case reports/series, a limited understanding of the clinical value of acupuncture in athletes is required. In the future, more specific research questions and hypotheses should be addressed to generate evidence based on experimental research.

Clinical Trials
Clinical trials are research studies that involve people and are conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new treatments or interventions, such as drugs, medical devices, or behavioural therapies.
Study Protocols
Published study protocols are detailed plans that outline the objectives, methodology, statistical analyses, and organisation of a research study that have been made publicly available for others to review and use as a reference.

Write me a concise but easy to understand executive summary on the topic of "Chinese medicine treatments for Sports Injuries" based on the following research that I will give you. Your summary should be 2 paragraphs long in Australian English spelling and include references to the studies.
A Systematic Review published in 2020 in the journal International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health found that Acupuncture can help relieve short-term pain and recover from dysfunction and has been used as a useful, noninvasive, and conservative modality for managing sports injuries such as lateral meniscus rupture, femoral acetabular impingement, ganglion cysts, and sports hernia. In addition, acupuncture has been suggested as a treatment worth trying for diseases such as yips and delayed onset muscle soreness.
