Mechanism of Shuang-Huang-Lian Oral Liquid for Treatment of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in Children on Network Pharmacology
2020 Dec 22 Combinatorial Chemistry & High Throughput Screening Shi L, Wu QG, Zhang JC, Yang GM, Liu W, Wang ZF
The study identified 18 active ingredients in SHL oral liquid and 53 major proteins involved in the treatment of Mycoplasmal pneumonia. The majority of targets, hubs, and pathways were highly related to anti-mycoplasma therapy, immunity, and the inflammation process. The anti-bacterial effect of SHL oral liquid was found to exhibit a multicomponent, multi-target, and multi-pathway phenomenon. The proposed approach provides a feasible tool to elucidate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines and further develop their therapeutic potentials.
