The methodology used in this research centred around treating a 39-year-old patient who had a history of HPV, cervix lesions, and multiple failed surgical attempts to treat the condition. Forty women with persistent HPV infections and cervical lesions were enrolled in this study and were then divided into two groups. Women in the treatment group were given a 12-week treatment comprising of 200mg epigallocatechin gallate, 400µg folic acid, 1mg vitamin B12, and 50mg hyaluronic acid. In contrast, the control group received no treatment.
A significant difference was noted between the two groups post-treatment.
